Dear Colleagues and Friends,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is a great pleasure to invite you to HBP Surgery Week 2018 & 48th Annual Congress of the Korean Association of HBP Surgery, which will be held from March 30 to 31, 2018, in Busan, Korea.
KAHBPS was founded 21 years ago in 1996, and during the short period of time since its launch, KAHBPS has become one of the most active HBPS associations in the world. KAHBPS recognizes the importance of communicating its clinical experience and knowledge to all professionals, both at home as well as abroad, and has continued to organize international meetings on a regular basis.
Every spring season, an annual congress has been held as a way for members to share the latest developments and build friendships. In particular, since last year, KAHBPS has been planning HBP Surgery Week as an international congress to create a special platform for the exchange of valuable research and opinions among professionals from around the globe.
The launching of the first HBP Surgery Week resulted in a marvelous success with over 500 attendees from all over the world. Next year, under the theme, Challenge, Change and Create a New Way, HBP Surgery Week 2018 will offer a highly dynamic and stimulating scientific program and be a great occasion to gather together to discuss emerging issues and cutting-edge techniques coming from the field of HBP surgery.
The city of Busan, the most beautiful port city in Korea, will surely be the center of many unforgettable moments.
